Our AXIA Construction crew is building a fully framed, structurally reinforced covered porch on the back of this home — expanding usable square footage and creating a shaded, weather-protected area perfect for year-round Florida living.

Scope of Work:

✔️ Temporary bracing installed for accuracy and safety

✔️ Beam installation & roof framing underway

✔️ New roof deck sheathing in place

✔️ Ready for underlayment, shingles, and finish details next
