Our team has made tremendous progress on this home addition! The roof structure and floor framing are now complete, and we’ve begun preparing for sheathing, waterproofing, and the next stages of construction.

This phase focuses on strength, structure, and precision — ensuring every connection, beam, and joist is perfectly aligned and built to last.

Scope of Work:

✔️ Floor joists set on reinforced piers

✔️ Second-story framing in progress
