✔️ Two-story structural framing set and aligned

✔️ Engineered posts/beams in place; covered porch/balcony framed

✔️ Roof framed and decked; prep underway for sheathing & weather barrier

✔️ Garage addition block, slab, and approach poured

✔️ Rough openings established for upcoming windows & doors
