Project Spotlight: Two-Story Addition — Framing Begins

We’re officially going vertically on this one. AXIA Construction is on site for the start of framing on a two-story addition, and the footprint is quickly turning into real livable space.

What you’re seeing in these photos:

✔️ Rough Openings laid out and framed clean for doors/windows

✔️ Zip system wall sheathing install

✔️ Materials staged and progress moving fast and organized

This phase is where accuracy matters most—plumb walls, clean lines, and a solid layout that sets up everything that comes next.

Next up: continued wall sections, second-story framing, and pushing toward dry-in.
