Commercial Slab — Phase 1 of 3: 7,000 SF Slab Site Work Kickoff

We’re breaking ground on an exciting new commercial foundation project. Today marks the start of grading and site work for a 7,000 sq. ft. slab, with layout now staked and pinned to keep everything aligned and accurate from day one.

Scope:

✔️ Site layout staked + pinned

✔️ Grading & site work underway

✔️ Prep for a large-scale reinforced slab

What’s next:

✔️ Forming and slab prep begin tomorrow

✔️ 19+ tons of rebar will be installed as we build out the reinforcement package for a strong, durable foundation
