Project Spotlight Update: Two-Story Addition — Framing Complete

Framing is officially complete on this two-story addition. What started as lines on a plan is now a fully defined structure — walls stood, openings set, and the roofline in place.

Scope of work completed:

✔️ Full structural framing (first + second story)

✔️ Floor system installed and squared up

✔️ Roof framing set — shape and pitch locked in

✔️ Window and door openings framed for future install

✔️ ZIP System sheathing installed to tighten up the exterior and prep for dry-in

✔️ Interior layout taking shape with clear room flow and transitions

Up next:

✔️ Site clean-up

✔️ ZIP tape application to seal seams and complete the moisture/air barrier

✔️ Rough trades: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
