A new home is officially underway in Zephyrhills, and the groundwork is set. This project kicked off with clean site prep and precise layout to ensure everything that follows stays true, square, and solid from day one.

Scope:

✔️ Lot pinned and verified for accurate layout

✔️ Site scraped to remove 1–2” of vegetation and organic material

✔️ Subgrade prepped for structural work

✔️ Stem wall footers currently in progress

This early phase is all about accuracy and discipline—proper prep now sets the tone for a clean slab, straight walls, and a smooth build all the way through.
