Commercial Slab — Phase 2 of 3: Site Prep & Steel Placement

This one started with a client who came to us in desperation—tight timeline, complex site conditions, and a scope that nobody else wanted to touch.

Bright and early, this large commercial slab pour was completed nearly one full week ahead of the requested date, setting the pace for the next phase of construction and keeping the entire project on track.

Built for durability and heavy-use container operations, this scope included:

20+ tons of rebar installed for serious structural reinforcement

4500 PSI concrete mix with fiber for added strength and crack resistance

Integrated concrete ramps and sloped sections designed to tie into existing workshops and provide smooth, ride-on access throughout the site

From subgrade prep to final finish, this was a clean execution, and a major logistics win under demanding conditions.
