Project Spotlight Update: New Residential Build - Zephyrhills, FL

Big milestone on our Zephyrhills custom build: stem wall backfill and compaction are complete and the site is clean, graded, and ready for testing.

What was completed:

✔️ 300+ yards of clean fill imported

✔️ Placed in controlled lifts, compacted layer-by-layer for a stable slab base

✔️ Final grade refined inside the stem wall footprint to prep for the next inspections

Next up:

✔️ Compaction test

✔️️ Soil termite treatment

✔️ Underground plumbing + electric rough ins (then inspections)

Strong prep now = a cleaner slab, straighter walls, and fewer headaches later.
