Project Spotlight Update: New Residential Build - Zephyrhills, FL

Big progress out in Zephyrhills—our underground plumbing rough is installed and passed inspection.

We’re now running a full site clean with the skid and hauling off all scrapings to keep the pad clean and ready for what’s next.

Current progress highlights:

✔️ Underground plumbing rough-in installed

✔️ Inspection passed

✔️ Skid-steer clean-up + debris removal underway

✔️ Site prepped for the next phase
