We’re moving right along on this custom home in Zephyrhills—layout is verified, footers are in, and the stem wall is now taking shape.

Latest progress:

✔️ Footers excavated, reinforced, and inspected

✔️ Footers poured using a line pump + laser to keep elevations true

✔️ Cure time complete, CMU stem wall underway/stacked

Next up: stem wall inspection ➝ backfill ➝ compaction test ➝ underground plumbing & electric rough-ins ➝ inspections ➝ slab prep.

Clean lines now = a smoother build later.
