New Residential Build — Phase 6 of 6 - Zephyrhills, FL

Big progress on our Zephyrhills custom home: the slab is poured, finished, and cured and now the CMU block walls are up and moving fast, with clean openings and a layout you can finally “walk through.”

Scope:

✔️ Slab complete + cured

✔️ CMU walls set with rough openings established

✔️ Site staying clean and organized as we push forward

Next up:

✔️ Block inspection

✔️ Fill cell / lintel pump

✔️ Framing kickoff
