Residential Barndominium First-Floor Layout + Second-Floor Framing

This barndominium is taking shape fast. With the shell insulated and the interior structure moving, we’re framing out the first-floor layout and building up the second-floor system to lock in the home’s footprint, flow, and function.

Scope:

✔️ Insulated building shell for comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance

✔️ First-floor interior framing to define rooms, walls, and key living spaces

✔️ Second-floor framing in progress—floor system set and structure building upward

✔️ Stair framing underway to connect levels safely and cleanly

✔️ Openings and layout dialed in to keep everything square, straight, and ready for the next trades

The result so far: A clearly defined first-floor plan with the second level coming together—setting the foundation for rough-ins and interior finishes.

Next up: Continue second-floor framing and stair completion, then roll into MEP rough-ins and the next phase of interior buildout.
