Three-Story Custom Home — Sitework & Foundation Forming

Construction is underway on a new three-story custom home featuring an open garage on the first floor and dedicated living space across the second and third floors.

The initial phase included scraping approximately 1–2 inches of topsoil, vegetation, and organic material from the lot, laying out the building footprint, and installing the foundation forms. The site was then prepared for backfill placement, proper compaction, and underground plumbing ahead of the next foundation milestones.

This elevated design maximizes usable living space while providing a functional open-garage layout at ground level. Every stage begins with accurate layout, proper site preparation, and careful sequencing to establish a strong foundation for the structure above.
