Three-Story Custom Home — Concrete Slab & CMU Block Construction Phase 2 of 2

This custom three-story residential build is continuing to move forward, with the foundation phase now completed and the first level beginning to take shape. What started as site prep and layout is now transitioning into visible vertical progress on site.

Scope & progress highlights:

✔️ Footing trenches excavated and foundation layout carried through to the next phase

✔️ Underground plumbing and slab prep completed as the project advanced toward the pour

✔️ Concrete slab poured, finished, and cured, creating a solid base for the structure

✔️ CMU block columns and wall sections now installed, defining the first-level structural footprint

✔️ Elevated design continues to take shape, with the open first-floor garage layout becoming more visible

✔️ Vertical structural progress is now clearly underway as the build moves beyond groundwork

Next up: continue structural block work, prepare for the next framing phase, and keep pushing the project upward as the first-floor support system is completed.
