This three-story custom home continues moving vertically as the structural framing reaches the upper level and the overall shape of the residence becomes increasingly defined.

Following completion of the second-floor structural framing and decking, crews have advanced into the next major phase—framing the upper living areas, setting the roof structure, and beginning installation of the exterior sheathing system.

Current Progress

What began with sitework, foundation construction, CMU columns, and structural decking have now developed into the full vertical structure of the home.

The second- and third-floor living areas are clearly taking shape, roof trusses are in place, and exterior ZIP sheathing is beginning to define the finished mass of the residence. The interior photos also show the complexity of the structural framing and how the floor systems, stairways, walls, and roof structure are being coordinated into one continuous build.

Next Up

Complete remaining wall and roof framing, continue exterior ZIP sheathing, install roof decking, complete framing details and blocking, and prepare the structure for framing inspection and the next stages of dry-in.
